Teaser Tuesday #10

Teaser Tuesday is a meme hosted by Should Be Reading.

Anyone can play along just do the following

* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share a few “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title and author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers.

Music Monday #8

Music Monday is a weekly-ish meme I started here on the blog.
There are two ways you can do this:
1. Listen to a song and decide what book you would link this to.
2. Read a book and find a song that fits a particular scene or larger parts of the book.

Waiting on Wednesday #7

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted over at Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
The book I want to spotlight this week is Vanish (Firelight #2) by Sophie Jordan.

What it says on goodreads:
To save the life of the boy she loves, Jacinda did the unthinkable: She betrayed the most closely guarded secret of her kind. Now she must return to the protection of her pride knowing she might never see Will again ? and worse, that because his mind has been shaded, Will's memories of that fateful night and why she had to flee are gone.Back home, Jacinda is greeted with hostility and must work to prove her loyalty for both her sake and her family?s. Among the few who will even talk to her are Cassian, the pride's heir apparent who has always wanted her, and her sister, Tamra, who has been forever changed by a twist of fate. Jacinda knows that she should forget Will and move on ? that if he managed to remember and keep his promise to find her, it would only endanger them both. Yet she clings to the hope that someday they will be together again. When the chance arrives to follow her heart, will she risk everything for love?In bestselling author Sophie Jordan's dramatic follow-up to Firelight, forbidden love burns brighter than ever.

Why am I anticipating this book?

I bought Firelight, book one in this series in January and I loved it. I pulled an all-nighter when I read it, that's how good it was. I know Vanish has been out for a while, but the Paperback still has to come out. I ordered it and I can't wait 'till it lands in my mailbox.

When will it be released?
The paperback will be released on September 12th.

And now, a very important question. What book are you looking forward to?

Let me know by commenting or posting a link to your own post.
